On Saturday afternoon at approximately 5:20 pm, Charlottetown Police Services respond to a complaint of a possible impaired driver on St Peters Road. Police were able to locate the vehicle, effected a traffic stop and determined that the driver was impaired by alcohol.
A 55 year old Charlottetown male was subsequently charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
