Residential parking permits are available to people who do not have access to off-street parking. To qualify, the registration for your vehicle must have the same address as the address where you are applying for the permit.
The cost is $50 for a first-time applicant and renewals.

Completed forms can be dropped off at Charlottetown Police Services during business hours.
