“Charlottetown Police Services welcomes an independent review of the Byron Carr investigation as ordered by the Minister of Justice and Public Safety and is prepared to cooperate fully with the review process.
We recognize the importance of public trust and must ensure that safeguards are in place so this doesn’t happen again.”
