At approximately 1:50 am on Saturday morning, Charlottetown Police Services responded to a report of a possible impaired driver on King Street.
Police located the suspect vehicle and pulled it over. The driver displayed signs of impairment by alcohol and was arrested.
A 39 year old Johstons River male was subsequently charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle. The accused will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
