While on routine patrol early this morning (Oct 18) at 2:00 am, Police observed a vehicle driving erratically and pulled it over on Bills Lane. The driver of the vehicle displayed signs of being impaired by alcohol and was arrested.
A 31 year old Charlottetown male was subsequently charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle after providing breath sample that were twice the legal limit. The accused will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
