At approximately 2:00pm on Friday afternoon, Charlottetown Police Services responded to a complaint of a male displaying a hand gun near a residence on Alley Street.
Police were able to locate the suspect male and determined that he was carrying a replica hand gun (realistic looking bb gun).
A 47 year old Charlottetown man has been charged with possession of a weapon for dangerous purposes and causing a disturbance. He was released with conditions and will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
