At approximately 5:25 p.m. on September 12, Charlottetown Police Services responded to a report of a suspected impaired motorcyclist. Officers from the General Patrol Unit located the driver at the reported location. The suspected signs of impairment were confirmed as the breath samples came back at twice the legal limit.
The 72-year-old male was charged with impaired driving.

At approximately 2:20 a.m. on September 12, Charlottetown Police Services received a report of a suspected impaired driver who visited the drive-thru window. The General Patrol Unit located the vehicle nearby and conducted a traffic stop. The reported signs of impairment were also observed by the attending officer.
The 40-year-old male was charged with impaired driving after failing the breath tests.

At approximately 11:55 a.m. on September 19, Charlottetown Police Services received a report of a suspected impaired driver at a hotel. Officers from the General Patrol Unit located the vehicle at a nearby gas station and positioned their vehicles to prevent the driver from fleeing. The reported signs of impairment were observed, however the 43-year old female refused to provide breath samples.
The female was arrested and charged with refusing to provide a breath sample.

At approximately 1:00 a.m. on September 20, Charlottetown Police Services received a report of a suspected impaired driver. Officers from the General Patrol Unit located the vehicle stopped on a nearby street. It was determined that the driver was unlicensed, and the reported signs of impairment were confirmed.
The 31-year-old female was charged with impaired driving after failing the breath tests.
