At 10:00 pm Saturday night (Nov 7), Charlottetown Police Services responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver on Great George Street. The vehicle was located on Great George Street and Police determined that the driver, a 58 year old Charlottetown male was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle. The accused will be appearing in Provincial Court at a later date.
