At midnight on Saturday, Charlottetown Police Services responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver near Browns Court.
Police located the vehicle and determined that the driver was impaired by alcohol and arrested. A 28 year old Charlottetown man was subsequently charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle.
The accused will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
