At 3:40 am this morning, Charlottetown Police Services responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver on Mulberry Avenue. The vehicle was located and the driver displayed signs of being impaired by alcohol and was arrested.
A 47 year old Cornwall male was subsequently charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle. The accused will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
