Charlottetown Police Services have laid several charges in connection to an assault that took place on Queen Street on Thursday August 31st. The assault occurred between two males that were known to each other and involved the brandishing of a knife.
A 39 Charlottetown male has been charged with:
- Assault
- Assault with a weapon
- Possession of a weapon for dangerous purposes
- Uttering threats
The accused remains in custody until his next court appearance on September 5th.
