On August 22, Charlottetown Police Services (CPS) Street Crime Unit, with assistance from the General Patrol Unit, arrested and charged 40-year-old Kyle Palmer with four counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking – CDSA 5(2).
Officers seized fentanyl, cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, dilaudids and oxycodone pills and other drug related paraphernalia.
He was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in court on September 28,2025.
