Charlottetown Police Services has launched a new, modernized website, charlottetownpolice.ca, that offers a refreshed look, better navigation and is mobile-friendly. Residents and visitors can easily find information about services, news or investigations, or see what community event we will be attending next.
The new website features:
- a user-friendly design and improved navigation with smart search functionality;
- online resources and services, including an “In the Community” calendar;
- mobile-friendly design and accessibility improvements;
- a subscription feature to receive email updates about news and other items; and,
- search engine optimization and Google analytics.
“The new website reflects Charlottetown Police Services’ commitment to continuous improvement and modernization,” said Councillor Julie McCabe, Chair of Charlottetown’s Protective & Emergency Services Committee. “Whether it’s requesting a record check, staying up to date on the latest news or learning about career opportunities, the new website allows the community to find what they need quickly and easily.”
Residents are encouraged to visit the new website and stay informed by signing up to receive email updates from the CPS Newsroom – a source for news, investigations, public safety alerts and all things happening with Charlottetown Police Services.
