At 4:10 am Monday morning (Dec 2), Charlottetown Police Services responded to a complaint of a male seen inside a fenced in area of a communications business located on Belvedere Avenue.
Multiple Police Units responded. Police entered the area and located a male hiding and placed him under arrest. The fenced in area contained several spools of wire used in the communications industry.
As the result of the investigation, a 46 year old Montague male has been charged with break and enter. The accused has been remanded in custody and will appear in Provincial Court on Thursday.
