Impaired Driving – Charges Laid

While on routine patrol at 00:30 am this morning, Charlottetown Police observed a vehicle driving with no headlights on the Kensington Road.  A traffic stop occurred on St Peters Road and Police determined that the driver was intoxicated by alcohol.

A 60 year old Charlottetown male has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
