32-year-old male charged with three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking

On October 15, Charlottetown Police Services Street Crime Unit, with assistance from the Major Crime Unit, arrested and charged a 32-year-old male with multiple offences including possession for the purpose of trafficking.

As part of the Street Crime Unit’s ongoing drug investigation work, officers executed search warrants at a residence in Kensington, PE, a storage locker in Summerside, PE and a motor vehicle and seized $32,245 in cash, 15g of cocaine, 1,459 methamphetamine tablets, 52 Percocet tablets, a cell phone and other drug related paraphernalia.

The 32-year-old was charged with three counts of possession (of cocaine, methamphetamine, and Percocet’s) for the purpose of trafficking – CDSA 5(2).

He was later released and is scheduled to appear in court on January 8, 2026.
