Charlottetown Police Services have laid charges in relation to the theft of lobster from the Chip Shack on Wednesday May 19th.
Police located and arrested a 41 year old Charlottetown male this morning. He has been charged with Break and Enter and breach of probation and was subsequently released from custody with conditions.
The accused will appear in Provincial Court in June.
