Traffic Stop Leads to Impaired Driving Charge

While on patrol at 2:45 am Saturday morning, Charlottetown Police Services noticed a vehicle that was driving erratically and conducted a traffic stop.  The driver displayed signs of impairment by alcohol and was arrested.  A 33 year old Stratford man was subsequently charged with refusing to provide a breath sample.

The accused will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
