Charlottetown Police Services responded to a single vehicle collision on the Kensington Road.Police determined that the vehicle driver was impaired by alcohol. A 63 year old Charlottetown man was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle.The accused will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.Charlottetown Police Services encourage the public to report any instances of impaired driving…Call 911.
