While on routine patrol at 2:30 am Sunday morning, Police noticed a vehicle driving erratically on University Avenue and pulled it over on Passmore Street. The driver displayed signs of being impaired by alcohol and was arrested.
A 22 year old Charlottetown man was subsequently charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
