On Saturday morning at 2:23 am, Charlottetown Police Services were on routine patrol when Officers noticed a vehicle driving on Euston Street with no lights on. A traffic stop ensued and it was determined that the driver displayed obvious signs of impairment by alcohol and was arrested.
A 44 year old Kingston PEI male was subsequently charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
